Disclaimer: Asmbly Property Management does not prep the interior/exterior of homes for photographs to be used for online illustration.  Cleaning the home and properly organizing furniture/accessories is the responsibility of the home owner.  If the owner requires the photographer to do any arranging of furniture/accessories, the owner will be charged a labor fee at the rate of $30/hr.  APM is not liable for any damage done in preparation for or in the process of the interior/exterior home photo-shoot.
