APM has developed a very unique property management program for Active Military personnel residing in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. When there is a mission on behalf of this great nation, you are there to serve the task and we are here to serve you on the home front.

The Program Includes The Following Services:

• Renter Acquisition – 50% off
• Residential Property Management – 3% Fee
• Free Interior/Exterior Home Photo-shoot (read disclaimer)
• Lawn Care Services – 50% off
• House Sitting – $5-10/day (does not include pet sitting)

Application for APM Military Support Program

You will be required to submit documents to help validate your service. Please submit one or more of the following documents in this case (Acceptable image formats are .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .png, .tiff. Acceptable document formats are .doc, .docx, .pdf, .rtf, or HTML):
–  DD214
–  Orders or Deployment Records
–  Any other official US Military Credentials that prove your service

We will verify your military service as quickly as we can, our customer service team will contact you and we’ll apply your military discount.

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:
-Active duty personnel in any branch of the military, their spouse, and eligible dependents
-Retirees receiving Military benefits, including their eligible spouse and dependents
-Other individuals, eligible spouses, and dependants may qualify if they are currently receiving military benefits
